Big O Tires

The store was very busy the day I arrived. Alexander was working the front desk. He did a superb job of answering phone calls, greeting customers, and taking care of their needs. He was very knowledgeable on car repairs, including my 1997 Lexus. He was also very courteous and respectful. My out of state warranty repair was taken care of the same day while I waited. My car is running smoothly. I am grateful the repair was completed for the failed part and I could continue to enjoy my vacation.

John and Steve went above and beyond to get my tires that I wanted.

Absolutely the best service in town!

Everything was great. Big O did not have the tire I needed so they ordered the tire from from their warehouse. They let me know when the tire carme in and scheduled my appointment. They called and texted me when they were finished.

I worked with David in the Costa Mesa location and he was great. Very helpful and worked hard to get my car back on the road quickly.
