David is the BEST at customer service in developing relationships, diffusing difficult situations, and becoming friends as well as a customer. It was good to see that it was busy. And he can handle it.

Great customer service and vehicle service

They saved me over $250 by repairing my tire vs selling me a replacement after I came in for a flat tire. $24.99 I was on my way!

The Service Rep John was highly knowledgeable about tires for BMW suv. He provided useful tire info on front tires for the BMW. He said that he could not even get the front tire replacements due to how BMW has a monopoly on those tires. He said that I should communicate with BMW for replacements while giving me good luck. I did go online to find front tire replacements. Several sites indicated back ordered or pending delivery. I have a problem with BMW now.

I can't say enough about this place. We were on vacation and needed a new tire (turns out I needed 2) after a flat on the way to the beach. They took us right in at 7am and got us on the road and off to the beach within an hour or so. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They made what could've been a big hassle just an easy bump in the road and kept our beach day sunny!

Excellent service...reason I purchase my tires at Big O

I was impressed by the Sales Person - John. He was direct and told me the facts. The tire had to be ordered - he did that, and the service was completed when he estimated. I had a problem with getting a ride and he even said he could arrange that for me, but my husband arranged Uber so I could get a ride home.

Steve is a really great guy, pleasant to work with.

They were helpful when I was in a bind with my back brakes so I came back again for front brakes. So far I feel like they are honest and I am not getting ripped off. I just need an invoice emailed to me for my last visit. Thanks!

These gentlemen were extremely helpful. My car broke down shortly before closing, so they weren't able to begin repairs until the next day. They offered to give me a ride home and did a full inspection, free of charge. The parts and labor necessary to get my car running again were quite pricey, so they cut charges wherever they could to help keep it more affordable for me. They even gave me a few extra days to get the funds together. I'm very grateful that all the Big O locations I've been to have been so accommodating and understanding.
