The night before I ran over a nail and got the dreaded low-pressure alert on my tire. Making the appointment was super easy online and I got in right when they opened. Even though it was 7 am, they were helpful and efficient in getting it done in a short amount of time. I informed them I just got my car checked which is why they prob. didn't offer me the free alignment. Overall, great and painless experience at a reasonable price.

i needed a tire repair for a nail in my tire. it was still under warranty and was fixed under an hour. i'm very satisfied.

The manager and assistant manager are AMAZING (Steve and David, I think...has a Greek last name). I moved away, and I still drive back to Costa Mesa to have my car serviced at this location (on 17th) because the guys make me feel like they have my back, and are so polite and patient. I was recently in an accident (not car-related) and have been dealing with horrible customer service reps in the healthcare industry and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have the staff at Big O remind me of how good it feels to be treated so nicely with respect and care, as a customer. Keep those two!!!
