Love this location. But the location on Katella Ave in Orange, off the 55 freeway needs some help! :(

I came here with a tire problem and my issues were solved within minutes and at no price to me. I had a screw extracted from my wheel quickly and efficiently. Overall, every person was very nice and helpful.

Quick and easy for 2 new tires

Steve and his team are refreshingly straightforward. Steve didnt upsale me or talk my ear off. Service was done on time just like he had said. New tires and a an alignment all at reasonable prices. Quality work for the money.

I needed a mechanic that I could trust and do the work right. I have to say Steve at Big O filled the bill and then some.. He pointed out what my SUV needed and then let me decide what I wanted to do. He took the extra time to explain and show me the work that needed to be done. I would go back to that shop any time and plan to do so for future work..

This store has a great team!!!! The service writer was really helpful, He took the extra time to actually show me that my tire was defective and couldn't be repaired and many options to save me money on the right tire for my car!! I thought that was really cool because money is really tight for the holidays. The mechanics that worked on my car were super nice and you could tell that they really like where they work!! Great job Big-O!! I will be back and I will recommend this store to my friends and family. A+
