It was time for a new oil change for my car. I had my previous oil change in this location and this time I decided to try another company since I was closer to that company . They new company told me that the oil pan drain plug is stripped and they refused to do the oil change. I was surprised and took my car to the BigO tire and told the story. They checked the plug and showed me that actually nothing is wrong with it . Although this might rarely happen to people , it shows that not all places have proper training and the basic understanding of what they are doing. Thank you BigO.
