I ran over staples while driving in Costa Mesa. I was losing pressure and went to Big O to put air in my tire. They showed me the damaged tire and said I needed to replace the tire. Unfortunately the tire had been discontinued. John was able to find a tire match, but it had to be ordered. this was on a Saturday afternoon and he couldn't get the tire until Monday. About 10:30 Monday he call to say he had the tire and by 11:30 I was on my way. Because I had road insurance the $214.00 tire was only $64.00. I was very happy with the service I received and the knowledge of John. Thank you Big O.
