I had a flat tire. It was so stressful. I went into Big O Tires. They were incredible! They put me at ease with such sweet kindness! They were able to patch my tire! I am so very thankful!

I always have a great experience at the Costa Mesa Location on 17th street. I feel a large part of that great experience is dealing with Steve at the front who is extremely knowledgeable and efficient!

We blew a tire on I-405 on a Friday night. By the time the tow truck arrived we only had 20 minutes to get to the BigO shop before it closed. I called and talked to John, the manager, and told him our situation. He said “no problem, we’ll wait for you” and that he’d put our car in one of the bays for safety.

Steve and staff were awesome! Kept his quote and word, was very helpful and courteous to my wife! In and out with zero issues!

The guys were great, helped me with a big screw in my tire. Filled up my tired so I can make an appointment I needed to get to and came back to have them patch it.
