I am so glad I had my service repairs done at Big O Tires. The price was great and all who there are kind and courteous. I appreciate all the information I received for the repairs done on my car!

There is no one else I trust with my truck. I have never met people more kind and caring, especially David and Steve. The crew at this shop are family to me and I will forever be a permanent customer and a close friend. Steve deserves a big raise for all his hard work running such a successful shop, and David needs an award or commendation for how well he treats his customers. As for the mechanics and technicians, they are insanely efficient and have a tremendous amount of knowledge. They love their job and truly care about their work, the customers, and most importantly the thousands of cars they work on. There isn't a single thing this shop cannot do. I send everyone I can to Big O so they can experience the wonders this shop has to offer.

Steven and John always make the experience extremely pleasant! They are both very clear and transparent about everything.

very professional - i called because i was able to go about 2 hrs before my set appt time, and they accommodated me with a smile. Finished the install of the 2 new tires so very quickly. Highly recommend them.

Not only is he upfront and honest he really cared about my concerns. David went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer and explain all the issues I was having. He is very straight forward and easy to deal with!

My car definitely drove better when I left. I'm impressed and they worked very hard. They don't force you to do anything extra but they do explain any situation that hasn't been checked with on the car. I'm happy

Took care of me on short notice and even helped me with my battery warranty, even though I was from out of state. I'd go back again without reservation.

Was a very good experience. No hard pressure sales. Everything suggested was backed up by a visual inspection by me personally with the sales rep. I did end up spending way more than I had originally planned but i'm fine with it since i know they took care of all the car's urgent needs. The visual inspection by me helped a lot in my decision making.

I came in because my steering wheel was shaking after another shop put in some new wheels and tires for me. I went to the last shop twice and the problem never went away. I was under the impression I needed new tires but when I brought it to Big O for what I asked for (a re-balancing) they went above and beyond and inspected the wheel and noticed that the cars spacers did not align with the wheel. I went home, removed the spacers and the problem was fixed. John I belive was the name of the man who helped me and I am beyond grateful. You guys could have easily done another balancing and send me in my way but instead truly helped me. Amazing.
