Big O Tires

The team at Big O tires were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this repair center in Costa Mesa to anyone and will definitely go back for future needs. The repairs were completed faster than I had expected and they exceeded all my expectations. :-)

I have bought tires at Allen, Firestone, and Costco, but Big O Tires on 17th Street is my favorite place to go for tires and service and it's now our go-to store. They are so professional and, in spite of heat, busyness, and sometimes crabby customers, they are always pleasant, from the man at the register to the guys out in the work area. They recently fixed my punctured tire and it was finished so quickly I couldn't believe it AND at a reasonable price. In the past when I have had a low tire, they have put air in it for me without charge. They are just so nice. Keep it up!!!

I found this place after realizing the Costa Mesa Chevy dealership only cares about your money, literally pushing you in and out. No customer service what so ever. When I found Big-O tires Costa Mesa I didn't just find a affordable place for a college student but also a place that had professionalism, amazing customer service and employees who really aren't trying to fuck you over. David has also been so kind every time i come in. Every time i say my name on the phone, he remembers me. It's so lovely having a place that doesn't try to just take money from you but just let's you know when service is actually so on your car. I recommend this place to all my friends!

My car was towed in with a flat fron tire. I think it took longer to get my car on the flatbed than it took to get my new tire on the care and on the road again!

Steve and associates did a super job! I had tires and brakes done, and, everything was perfect! Communication here is exceptional. I shall return as needed.

While putting on my new tires and doing the inspection, my tech found a greasy residue leaking underneath my vehicle. Rather than trying to sell me on repairs he was cool enough to let me know I should take it to the dealer as it may still be under warranty, which it was. I already love Big O, but this is yet another reason to return and recommend them to others.

Everyone there was very helpful, kind and courteous. They were timely and went out of their way to assist. My salesman was "Oz" and he was a very helpful and courteous young man. He went out of his way to pick up tires for me and he did it himself so his guys could keep working. He is a good example of people who go above and beyond what is expected of them. He was also very patient with other customers while I was there. I would make sure that young man gets treated well by your company. He is a rare find.
