Big O Tires

I had a tire issue and it was handled promptly and courteously.

I walked in asking for some help and John provided it right away, my car was fixed the next day, on time, fair price, could not be happier with the service.

I have used Big O Tires in Costa Mesa for over 15 years. Tires, oil changes, brakes, etc. I feel that they are honest and reliable. I have referred family members to them.

I got greeted very well, and was told they had my tire in stock so I was happy with that, the service was good and very clean wotk.

David was great! He was so helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Great customer care!

Rather than just trying to sell me products to make more money, Big O offered me options that fit within my budget. They told me honestly what I needed and didn't and what the safest/best option for me was.

I was in a bind blew 2 tires as hit a crowbar and they got me replacement tires before the end of the day.

My tires were not in stock the location I went to, but the store manager was willing to pick it up from a different store later that day. I called back a couple hours later for a status update, and they had just returned from having picked up my tires and were about to install them. I was so grateful for the efficiency.

Excellent service!

Pulled in, needed a plug and patch, service guy was awesome. Guy behind desk was pretty dry. Price seemed kind of $ for plug and patch compared to other places. Bathroom wasn't immaculate.
