I switched over from Discount Tire a few years ago and am much more satisfied with the results and svc from Big O. All techs are always helpful and knowledgeable. Gabriel helped me greatly from beginning to end for my alignment job. If it's any consolation, part of the reason why I left Discount Tire was that Big O had been the only tire service ever to have brought to my attention that the tire size I had been buying for years was not the standard for my vehicle.

Armando was the staff member who helped me. He was knowledgeable and provided clear communication. The only thing I would give feedback on is the cleanliness on the tires I purchased after they were put on my car because there was white residue and dirt on the rims, other than that it was a very stress free appointment.

they quickly took care of me when i entered the store. Applied the coupon I mentioned that I got in the mail and even though I didn't have it with me at the time they did not question me but quickly looked it up and gave me my discount.
