I feel at ease with knowing that if I have a problem with my tires I can bring in my vehicle and they will take care of me and my tires. For example, I had a blowout on the Freeway Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. We were able to put the spare on my car and I went right over to big O. They did not have that exact tire but they helped me get a tire that was comparable. I did not have to wait too long and the gentleman that helped was kind and knowledgeable. The lounge area and restrooms were clean too. I am glad that Big O is always ready to help patch up my tire or get me a new tire ASAP. Thanks!
