Armondo was super helpful - i came in looking for truck tires specifically load rating of "E". The ones from Nitto that were online were back ordered through 2021. He looked up and offered me alternative for similar price. I think they were $15 more per tire. Had them balanced, installed, and truck alignment with new rubbers on the next day. Down time from being off construction site was minimal as i dropped it off at 3:45 and was done at 6. Great job to Armondo and his team at Santa Ana location.

Alex, was great, he even agreed to wait for me to arrive even though I was late, to look at my tire to confirm that it needed to replaced and ordered a new one and set an appt for that Friday. The day of the replacement they were quick as promised!

I scheduled an appointment. It was good! There was a long wait time but I was able to shop and then I got a phone call and i was able to pay and be done with my car service.
