Friendly atmosphere and professional.

I had a jump start and was heading to Big O to get a new battery. When I arrived, it was very, very busy but the manager, Adam Skaare, was very efficient in handling everything. He had a new battery installed in a very timely fashion and I was on my way home, not worrying about stalling in traffic! Adam Skaare is very personable and a professional manager and I feel totally confident in placing my vehicle in his care. The technician, David Aguirre, who replaced my battery was professional and friendly. I asked him to please check my tire pressure and he responded with a friendly smile and "sure, no problem". Even with the busy atmosphere, the large number of vehicles in the service bays and those waiting to be serviced, David replaced my battery and checked my tire pressure with a superb attitude! Both Adam and David are outstanding examples of Big O's concern for their customers!
