Big O Tires

Got to work this morning with a nail in my car's tire. Did a quick google search for tire shops around the area and found two. The first shop I called a couple of times, but did not get an answer. The second was Big O Tires and got a response right away with an over the phone quote. When I took the car in to their facility I was impressed with the quality of customer service this shop has, and with the cleanliness of their facility. I was able to drop off my car and go back to work and picked it up ready and fixed by lunch time. Definitely going to be back for any future tire needs.

Friendly and quick service

Twice in one month I had a blown out tire. The first time they were able to fix it and they were super busy but they were able to get me in. The second time, the tire was not able to be fixed. I decided to just swap all 4 out since they were getting close to being done anyways. They didn't have the tire in stock but found another store with them in stock and drove over and picked them up quite a ways away to make sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend these guys, they will take good care of you.

Actually started at store in Costa Mesa (Bristol/MacArthur). Got excellent service there and found the absolute best possible price on tires. Live in MV so called Lake Forest store to see if same deal could be had there. "Yes", so I went there. Everyone, especially the manager was really helpful. Got my truck in and out in reasonable time. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

I have taken my car for tires to Big O In Lake Forest for a number of years. Their service is great and they normally have the best prices on tires. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

While prices have skyrocketed (over 10% in less than a year), that is probably not completely your fault. The service was very good. Even though at first techs missed a leaky valve that I had asked to be checked, the service manager listened to me during pick up and went on his own to double check. Finding that indeed it was a leaky valve, he immediately had the techs fix it. Should have been found initially, but the extra effort to make sure final product was complete was good.

Many automotive service stores can service your car (or supply you with good tires). What differentiates this Big O store is the trust I have in the store managers, Matt and Adam. They'll square with you on what really needs attention and what can wait. I've enjoyed and trusted working with them for over four years now.

Employees are very helpful and courteous.
