Draped the cat off at 7:15am. They arranged a Uber to take me home. Everyone was helpful and speedy. 30 minutes after I dropped off I had a call for the extra device that was recommended. Then the car was done by 11:30am

Steve Naber puts customer service 1st. I replaced all 4 tires a few weeks ago and unfortunately had a screw puncture the tire with less than 1,000 miles on the tire. He offered me the opportunity to add the tire protection nearly a month after the original install. He then repaired the tire at no charge even though I didn't purchase the protection.

The tech at the desk was conscientious and took care to write out (with illustration) what I wanted for the techs doing the work so there would be no misunderstanding. The work was performed correctly, and the price for the work was reasonable and fair, I had priced it elsewhere. Lastly the tech who worked on the car came in (not knowing I was the owner) to make sure all was well with it, when I was checking out. Then he spent some time speaking with me about the vehicle, which is a vintage El Camino.
