Great staff always very helpful. I came in for two tires that got damaged do to a pothole. I have uncommon tire sizes but they were able to get them the same day! Other places take three to four days to receive them. I'm very happy with the service and help I received at this location. I will definitely come back for more services thank you!

I have been a customer since July 2008. The customer service reps have always been courteous and always greeted me when I came in the door They always seem to understand my problem and fix it in a timely matter.

The gentleman that assisted me were warm and welcoming. They were also very honest and upfront about what I needed for my vehicle and explained it in a way I could understand. My first experience with this company was in Las Vegas and after meeting with the gentleman at the PCH location, I found out I did not need the services that the guys at the Vegas location said I needed. Knowing this, I realized that I could have easily been taken advantage of because they could have done the work anyway just to get the money. Instead they explained what was needed and provided only those services. They operated with integrity and I greatly appreciate that. It was birthday when I came in for my appointment and when I came in days later, the guys actually remembered it was my birthday and asked me if I enjoyed it. That may seem simple to some, but for me as a customer, it meant that they listen to their customers and value my business. I cannot say enough about these gentlemen and while I can't remember all of their names, I really do not need to because EVERYONE I came into contact with was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for being so amazing guys and for getting back on the road!
