I have had my car serviced at Big O for years and have had honest reliable service. Josh was so pleasant from the time I arrived. He clearly explained that my tire pressure gauge needed replacement as the warning if light was lit. He answered the few questions that I had. I felt his customer service was excellent.

Went to Big O' Tires for squeaky brakes. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. I drove off the lot with no more squeaks! They also allowed me to use a coupon I had received in the mail, even thought I did not have it with me. Thanks, Big O' for taking care of me and my rig one more time (I use these guys a lot).
