I don’t know a lot about cars and tires so I came in and basically just said Help! Mario was wonderful, even with my time crunch to be able to get on the road for a cross country drive, he communicated progress and really made me feels safe to hit the road!

I needed a replacement tire on the weekend since I had a flat. Most local tire stores were not open . That's what i found Big O Tires within 15 minutes of my house. I made the reservation online and filled out the specifics of my car hoping they had something in stock since it's a 2010 Lexus Hybrid. I was able to speak to someone at your store who told me they needed what was currently on the car.. They quickly got back to me with its availability and all charges. (I replaced both front tires, so they needed balancing, too). I was in and out of the facility within an hour!. I am already recommending it to others.

The two guys running the front desk (Josh and ?) were outstanding. Multi tasking-taking calls-paperwork, all while being professional. You can tell it's a well run shop.
