Big O Tires

I'm confused was I supposed to get an alignment check free? they just asked if I wanted to pay for alignment and didn't offer any check.

Mario, Saul and the rest of the staff were unbelievable and they should open 100 more Bog O Tires with this crew! Great job

After speaking with the team in the morning, they got the tires I needed delivered to the store and installed them on my car a few hours later. Great service!

When to get an oil change upon arrival they promptly got to servicing my car issue arose when they tried rotating my tires due to me not having the key for the lug nuts however still managed to work with me and got them off for me great service would come again

This was my first visit ever to a Big O Tire location. Since it was a long labor day weekend, Big O Tire was the only tire shop open with the tire sizes I was looking for (255/40/R20) in stock. I setup the appointment online and followed up by phone to obtain an appointment approval. I was attended by the same person who welcomed me at the the location. Although the tire model I was looking for wasn't available (Hankook Ventus S1), I inclined to purchase a different set of 4 tires (Goodyear Eagle F1) that's to Joshua Cruz who assisted me in documenting the condition of the old (Hankook) tires who were cracking up after less than 30K miles, well within the 50K warranty. Joshua's conducted himself professionally, friendly and demonstrates great products knowledge. ***** 5 STARS *****

Took car in on Sunday and received as promised on Monday!!! I will still use Big O Tire for all my service, as well as my Family... Honest, Friendly service is like the old Mom and Pop day's. They even cleaned my windows!

The person who spoke to me about my car service answered my questions very clearly and patiently and was very pleasant .It was a comfortable welcoming place to wait while my car was worked on.

Got tired of trying to get into Costco and decided to give Big O a try.Very glad I did.I was able to just drop in, speak to someone immediately, and get new tires in less than an hour.Not an expert on tires, but it looks like I got a better set of tires, too!

I did wait for a while. The technician was thorough and found other problems with my car. He noticed my car was shaking during breaking. They replaced the front rotor and all 4 brakes. They showed me the brakes and explained why they needed to be changed.

I have never had such a pleasant tire buying experience in my life. I was offered all types of tires, not pushed to buy more and I was in and out in 45 minutes. The sales people were kind, friendly and very communicative. Wonderful!

Online ease to schedule appointment and also knowing which products are available online sabes time. It was efficient to just be able to already know what you want.
