customer service two thumbs up!!

i arrive with no appointmemt as was taking in for replacment of four new tiles and a alingment ,im leave on monday for a road trip and needed tiles ,i went in saterday morning and was out in an hour and a half . staff was great !

All the guys are always courteous and answer all my questions, I started going there about 3yrs ago when I moved to the desert. I appreciate the professionalism of all the employees, thank you Big O Tires Cathedral City! Best regards, David R.

Everyone on staff was very helpful and very friendly. I think the cost of rubber is outrageous, but there's not much any of us can do about that now. Overall a very pleasant experience at this location.
