I like this Big O station. They are friendly, down to earth, focused on the work and keeping my vehicle in its best running shapeThe waiting room has three chairs well spaced out and a large screen tv with plenty to watch. Thank fully the remote is available so I could keep the volume pretty low so I could read while I waited. I think this is an honest cohesive group of mechanics - thanks Big O !

We had just had new tires brakes and struts put on the car in Quartzite before we left. They did not do alignments so we were told to get one asap. We travel full time in our Motorhome and the car is towed behind. The front tires (only 6 months old) had worn really bad. When we got to Palm Springs we called a few places and no one could align a Smart Car. We had bought tires at a Big O Tires a few years back in Sierra Vista, so when we drove by it in Zpalm Springs we decided to pull in and see if they could help. They got us right in with no problem. Tony did the alignment, then test drove the car. He then put it back up and adjusted it further. After, he came in and explain everything he did and why. If we had not received such good customer service in Sierra Vista we may not have stopped at the one in Palm Springs because we had almost given up on getting it aligned Palm Springs. We saw other places to try as we drove down Ramon Road but Big O caught our eye because of our previous great experience. Thank you!

Tire was going flat and becoming a problem. I dropped in and was lucky to wait only about 40 mins. start to finish. The mechanic quickly located a nail in the tire, checked it out and fixed itLess than 40 bucks for a Pirelli tireThanks again for the quick service !
