Diego G. Was friendly and prompted. I had nail in a tire that I just purchased on Monday 2/15/2021. Diego was great with keeping updated of of tire problem.

I used them about a week ago, and I am never disappointed.

1. Work done in a timely and professional manner. 2. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

I have taken my car to Big O in Placentia several times. Each time, the fees were really reasonable and if my tires were ok and did not need work, Big O did not even charge me for the inspection.

Just went in for an oil change, but they also checked my tires. Rotated them for free. It was all very quick & professional. Love these guys!
