Was directed by staff to come in am to avoid longer waits. Arrived 930 am was promptly and cordially greeted by Tim Davis. Finished in less than 45 min by prompt and courteous techniciian Brad who did rotation(free) AND polished my tire. That tire polish has never happened.. Love that! Love using Big O as they are always courteous. The have lots of locations as I travel and if needed cause numerous free services like tire repair for free on tires purchased through them.

Friendly and efficient. Plus they will rotate the tires every 4,000 miles and repair any nail holes for free!!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 20 years now. All staff has always been friendly. Quality product. Prices are competitive, I’ll admit I don’t even price shop anymore.

They always do great work on my car, reasonable prices, and unlike some people who only bring a car in after a major disaster, I always bring my car in on schedule for regular maintenance. My car is just a baby with only 220k miles on it. Pays to take care of your baby.

I got exactly what the service men said they were going to do. I told them what I needed and didn’t need and why and they did not push anything else they explained why I needed what I needed in terms I could understand and the benefits of taking care of some of the issues immediately.

Ryan was very helpful. Had my tires the next day as promised. Even did a follow up. The guys here are very helpful, polite and profesional. They don't try to upsell you things you don't need. Instead they point out issues that will need attention soon. This is the only place I go to for my vehicle's needs...
