The manger here is very good with knowledge,service,and cost One of the best tire stores I have ever been too

Picked up a screw in tire told it would take 1 1/2 hr. Waited for it. Done in 50 minutes.

I used them about a week ago, and I am never disappointed.

I have taken my car to Big O in Placentia several times. Each time, the fees were really reasonable and if my tires were ok and did not need work, Big O did not even charge me for the inspection.

I got an alignment On my truck and they did a very good job. It drives straight and the wheel is perfectly centered.

Always takes care of us in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable & personal to all customers.

We have been buying our tires at Big O for years now. Tim is super helpful in finding the tires we are interested in, communication with us about the amount of time it will take and the friendliness of their staff is wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

They were willing to fit me into their schedule and very nice and completed MT alignment in a timely manner and called me when it was done.

Just went in for an oil change, but they also checked my tires. Rotated them for free. It was all very quick & professional. Love these guys!
