Big O Tires

The team at this Big O work a well together. I dropped my car off the night before for and oil change and possible brake job. We stopped the brake job when it became more involved. The team kept me posted, did they oil change and all turned out great.

JUST STARTED USING THE TIRES AND SO FAR ALL IS OK.

The staff was friendly and communicated the pricing and wait times clearly. My car was done when they said I would be done and they did not find any problems when they checked out the car

I always get greeted by my name, staff are very friendly and professional, my service was quick and fast

Picked up a screw in tire told it would take 1 1/2 hr. Waited for it. Done in 50 minutes.

I recently bought run flat tires. Week later a piece of metal got into my tire. In that weeks time Tim, Ron & Pedro took very good care of me and had my car repaired in a timely manner.

I got an alignment On my truck and they did a very good job. It drives straight and the wheel is perfectly centered.

We have been buying our tires at Big O for years now. Tim is super helpful in finding the tires we are interested in, communication with us about the amount of time it will take and the friendliness of their staff is wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Excellent service, ordered tires the day before, Ron called the the next day for installation. We came in and it took about an hour and a half for the complete tire package on all four tire.

Extremely helpful and kind staff who helped me with exactly what I needed. The price was also extremely reasonable. Service was also completed quickly and efficiently.

They repaired a second slow leak on my wife's car. They were quick and bery professional.

The staff at this location is always extremely kind and easy to work with. The service is quick and there doesn't appear to be any up-selling of services. I have a similar shop closer to my house but choose to come here instead anytime I need something.

Big O Tires are excellent at what they do i would not go to anyone else.

They were willing to fit me into their schedule and very nice and completed MT alignment in a timely manner and called me when it was done.
