Ron went the distance to pick up a pair of tires that matched my current ones best as possible.

I have used Big-O Tires in Yorba Linda for all of my family's basic service and tire needs for a very long time. Ron & Tim are both excellent, as are others that work at this location. Honest, fairly priced service.

Brought car in for tire pressure monitor indicator. Had there been a bad tpms the cost would have been over $100. Turns out the spare tire was sending the signal of low pressure. All the tpms were fine. They could have made some $had they noy been honest. This is a great store to do business with.

I have been coming to big o tires for years. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. The only thing I can suggest is to move the tires from the waiting room the smell of the tires gives you a headache while you wait. The smell of tires is overwhelming.

Great people! I get all my services there and always get good advice. Ron is terrific! Service is fast, nice waiting room, clean bathroom.

Got a flat tire and put the spare on and I brought my tire here and they patched it up very quick and the staff was very helpful. Definitely always getting my tires here

Ryan, Tim, and Pedro always greet me by name, I’ve been there for many years and am loyal to that store. My daughter comes from Huntington Beach to go to that store. The guys are always so friendly, and I would recommend this store in particular to anyone I know.

Even though there are many places I could take my car that are closer to my house, I always drive the extra distance to the Yorba Linda Big O. Pedro is always professional, honest and trustworthy and that goes a long way in my book.

They took care of the problem, I was not intending to buy tires, but for safety reasons it was the right thing to do.

I was given an estimate of the tires while also explaining how the tires they offered not only offered what I was looking for but we're also on sale. Upon tire changes they found issues with my rear brakes and suggested I change them out. Given the sale of the tires I agreed to the brake check. Afterwards I was given deal breaks because I had put so much money towards the fixtures. I expected to pay around $1100 dollars on the tires alone, but I walked out with tires, a rotation, new brakes, and a complimentary cleaning of my rims. I would definitely recommend this place again. Especially with how 3 people coordinated my service. Person 1 told person 2 and person 3, so they were all on the same page just for me. I felt the love
