I felt not like a customer, more like friends / family. I was there for tires, and alignment. They found items that need to be replaced or I would just be wasting money and time later, or even have to redo the alignment. Part were delivered fast. I sat and waited in a nice relaxing waiting area. I will be back with a different car, and same problems.

Another great service! The dealership said my brake fluid needed to be replaced. I never let the dealership do anything with my brakes so I brought it to Big O. They checked the brake fluid and said it was fine. I went ahead with my scheduled oil change and had my power-steering fluid changed out as well. The price was fair and they did it quickly.

Pedro originally gave me a quote and ordered the tires I needed. They came in when I was told they would, I went in the following morning and was very impressed with Ron's service at the service desk. They explained all the available services and I purchased the 6 month alignment and the tire/roadside coverage. The work was completed promptly and I was off to work. It was painless, affordable and everyone was professional and nice. I will be having my oil change and regular service completed here in the future.
