Was directed by staff to come in am to avoid longer waits. Arrived 930 am was promptly and cordially greeted by Tim Davis. Finished in less than 45 min by prompt and courteous techniciian Brad who did rotation(free) AND polished my tire. That tire polish has never happened.. Love that! Love using Big O as they are always courteous. The have lots of locations as I travel and if needed cause numerous free services like tire repair for free on tires purchased through them.

I am very happy with the service the store offered. The employees in this store are very nice as weIl. I definitely will recommend this store to all my friends and relatives.
