Big O Tires

The representative was knowledgeable, very attentive, a patient listener, responsive & informative. The team completed the work w/in the estimated time frame. The only area where I think Big O might be able to improve is in the cost of the tires. I paid ~ $100 more than what another tire service in the area quoted. I chose Big O because of timing.

Even though there are many places I could take my car that are closer to my house, I always drive the extra distance to the Yorba Linda Big O. Pedro is always professional, honest and trustworthy and that goes a long way in my book.

When I asked to have my free wheel alignment annalysis, they did it and recommended that I needed a wheel alignment - I sad I needed to shop around and think about it. Their whole attitude towards me changed. I did not appreciate it whn they said " Then why are we doing the analysis"? I had a coupon which gave me the free analysis.

17.99 coupon for oil change no good at your store,why paid 33.00,when tires rotated now front tire noise sweeks not happy with this store took 2hr for oil change &rotation

Pedro, Ron, and Mark are amazing. Very knowledgeable, super nice, this is why I keep coming here for the past 5 years. There's a lot of competition in that general area, but the customer service, pricing and availability is top notch. Keep up the good work

I've been using Big O Tires for over a decade. They are always friendly, honest and do dependable work. Their prices are great and as a single woman I feel safe taking my vehicle there knowing I'm not going to be taken advantaqe of!
