Went in for an oil change and ended up with new shocks also.I trust these guys so I didn't hesitate to go with their recommendation.

I suspected I had a bad battery. Service man ran a diagnostic and gave me the printout showing a bad cell. He replaced the battery and my problem went away. All of this within 30 minutes. Great Service!!!

Another great service! The dealership said my brake fluid needed to be replaced. I never let the dealership do anything with my brakes so I brought it to Big O. They checked the brake fluid and said it was fine. I went ahead with my scheduled oil change and had my power-steering fluid changed out as well. The price was fair and they did it quickly.

Tim and his team came through for me again.They were thorough.They fixed the problem promptly and they were completely honest. The reason I keep going back to them is I know I can count on them to be honest and fair.

They could have charged me double!I bought a new car and I knew the brakes were needing some tlc.I expected both axles.They said I only needed front brakes and they cleaned and repaired the rear at no charge.I had no appointment on a Saturday.Brought the truck in at 9 and it was done by noon.

Pedro originally gave me a quote and ordered the tires I needed. They came in when I was told they would, I went in the following morning and was very impressed with Ron's service at the service desk. They explained all the available services and I purchased the 6 month alignment and the tire/roadside coverage. The work was completed promptly and I was off to work. It was painless, affordable and everyone was professional and nice. I will be having my oil change and regular service completed here in the future.
