Amway's great service.

I came in without an appointment because my car was shaking when I braked. Ryan gave me an estimate of how long it would take and offered me a ride. I decided to stay and relax a little. After a little bit of time, they determined my rotors were warped and they machined them. Ryan also called to my attention that my tires were needing some immediate care. I looked at them and decided he was right. I placed an order over the phone with Pedro to have them replaced on the weekend while I got my hair done. Great service and a great team!

These guys are awesome. Professional and helpful beyond what you'd normally expect. They saved me from a possible accident from some work I had performed prior to coming over for new tires. Been coming here for more than a few years and have plans for them to do other work I would have entrusted to others prior to my last visit. Very pleased

I went in for an oil change and a brake job. They advised me I could hold off on the brake job for a while. I decided to go ahead and have the brakes done since I was already there. Their prices were very reasonable.

Another positive experience with Big O in Yorba Linda. Pulled in with my flat tire light on. They checked everything out and got me back on my way in no time!

We called to get an estimate for tires for our truck. Pedro explained our options. We decided to go with the Yokohama tires, and your price was lower than anyone else's, including Costco. When we arrived, Pedro met us and we explained the need to change lug nuts. We gave him a handmade tool to remove the old, faulty lug nuts as well as the new ones. Pedro took care of everything, making sure to return our tool to us. The tires were changed in record time and Pedro mentioned two additional maintenance items that we would want to look into. It was a very good comprehensive service.

Speedy service!: I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation around 11am. The service was completed and I was on my way in 45 min! Ryan and his staff are the best!!!
