Big O Tires

I had a tire blow out, installed the spare and put the 6 allen bolts holding the chrome lug cover into a zip bag, labeled it and pointed that out to Isaac the service writer. After picking up the car I discovered only 4 of the 6 bolts were installed. Paraphrasing, Isaac tells me his installer would not forget or loose them and I am mistaken about providing the bolts. I might have accept that the installer lost them but not Isaac's attitude. My last purchase at big O.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on work progress. Price was fair.

Not Good ..Not good at all I call to go and they where booked ..ok I understood so I made an appointment @3pm the next day I had got a quote and liked the price when my husband went the changes him a lot more and said they were giving us a deal ..I don't want that deal I wanted the quote I had got to TOP IT ALL OFF THE BROKE THE TIRE SENAOR TO MY CAR AMD SAID THEEY FIXED IT! MY CAR IS STILL READING THAT THERE IS A TIRE MONITOR WARNIG AND IT NEEDS TO BE SERVICED ..THEY WANT ME TO TALE IT BACK BUT I DONT TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR ANYMORE .SO ANGRY!!! NEVER AGIAN ...

I asked for a diagnoses of my problem which was a "service engine soon" message on my dashboard. Since it was late in the day on Saturday, I came back on Sunday morning. The problem turned out to be that my gas cap was not tightened correctly. I received paperwork and then I drove to my sons house as I was visiting from Los Angeles. Everyone was very friendly!
