I love Big O toys they are very professional and helpful. The employees are super sweet and didn't mind explaining things to me twice if I needed them too.

My service at big O Tires in Palm Desert was great i.e., absolutely a 10 on a scale of1-to-10. Albert took good care of me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it the same day.

The location is an easy drive from my home. I was able to make an appointment, by talking directly, to an employee. I’m not a fan of the “do it yourself” culture - everything online or on hold. The service is friendly, efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. Our Big O Tires’ team has made them a regular choice for service.

Great quick work- they were VERY accomodating

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change but ended up getting a flat tire so I went in for oil change & tire. Tire came the very next day at a reasonable price.
