i was in need of just one tire. I had just recently replaced all four tires and unfortunately incurred a sidewall puncture in one tire. The original place of purchase was zero help and could not get the replacement for days. After calling around to several outlets, Big O saved the day.! Not only was the technician extremely helpful on the phone, but he also immediately placed an order, and the tire was replaced by end of day. Fantastic and impressive service all the way through. The shop is extremely clean and efficient, and all technicians are professional, well-mannered and polite. Hard to find these days. Big O will have all my business from here on. As a Contractor, I own several vehicles. I look forward to a great working relationship.

I .over to Palm desert in July of 2021. I had no place to take my cars for service. I wanted an oil change on a foreign car they did foreign cars ! Then I found out that big o tires is full service. I only use them. I trust them.
