Thanks for the help I have from this store

I had a blowout on my BMW m550i so I was scrambling to find a place that one would have tires that fit my car and two that could get me in same day. The team at Big O were great. They were able to track down All Season tires that I wanted for my car. They had them delivered to the store and I was able to get my car back the same day even with a late start on getting the work done. Greatly appreciate the service.

Michael Murdock was polite, responsive to my phone calls and in a time of many challenges did he best to get my car repaired safely and as best as circumstances allowed.

From the minute I pulled in I was greeted by the Manager before I even got out of my car. He then walked me in and I met with Lisa and she checked me in. She was awesome, professional and very pleasant. The literally started on my car within 5 minutes and were done within 40. Awesome experience and will highly recommend them to all!!!
