Seamless first visit. Work done on time and as expected. Phone call came right away with a couple of observations/recommendations that required my approval.

Associates were very candid and honest about the issue facing the tire. They gave a very honest opinion despite the lack of good options. Once options were assessed and I made a decision the tire replacement took no time at all.

Steve was awesome. He had call after call coming in as he was helping in person customers and he handled it with a tremendous amount of patience. I honestly cant believe he is the only one there taking calls. He definitely should have someone to assist in that!

I had a blowout on my BMW m550i so I was scrambling to find a place that one would have tires that fit my car and two that could get me in same day. The team at Big O were great. They were able to track down All Season tires that I wanted for my car. They had them delivered to the store and I was able to get my car back the same day even with a late start on getting the work done. Greatly appreciate the service.
