Big O Tires

Lack of knowledge and communication about rebates. Car was ready even though the alignment check was not done and I had requested that. Service Manager did not provide any detail about the Alignment check until after the alignment was done and I had to ask for it. No information was given about the tire warranty or road hazard, nothingggg. Just thank you for spending $900

The people working there really care about your car everyone greets you with a smile and they ask how they can help you. And I like how they have a flexible schedule there appointment’s are not to far out. I’ll be returning back for all the tires I need.

Eric was friendly and accommodating to me. I did not wait l8ng and he walked me to my car and was very helpful the entire time. He called when the car was ready...easy transaction from start to finish.

At the entrance, staffs gave me greeting. Answered to my question. Respectful and professional. Service oil change was fast. Thus visit was my first time and I’m very satisfied, surely coming back even its a little far from my place. Thank you

Eric (service writer) and mechanic went above and beyond to help. Battery died near the BIG O. The jumped it, got me a new battery, and got me out quick so I could make my sons football game
