I went in for an oil change with a groupon and they were very transparent with the pricing with the taxes and oil dispense fee. Also my windshield wipers I bought flew off while I was test running them and they gladly replaced it with a new one. 💗

Great people and quick service

Initially I was planning to go to Costco or Walmart, they didn’t have what I needed as fast as I needed it. Big O was able to fit me in the day of, provide the tires I wanted for a competitive price, and gave fast comprehensive service.

They were quick and my truck drives great.

I appreciate the prompt service, as I needed to wait for the vehicle and the waiting area is currently closed due to Covid-19 state health regulations. Found nice park bench under the tree across the street that made a great waiting area ;-)

I don’t recall the name of the gentleman who helped me during my visit, however he was extremely helpful. he told me what prices i should expect to pay, didn’t upcharge me on things i didn’t need, and was overall a great person to deal with. I look forward to bringing my car back to you guys.

The employees were very nice and super helpful

It was my first visit to Big O Tires. I was greeted, told of the process (purchased an oil change through Groupon) and waited in the lobby for the work completion. I also had explained my wife was concerned about the squeaking as the brakes were applied and requested the free brake inspection. I appreciated learning the brakes still has sufficient pad and though there was some rust, it would "burn" off as the brakes were used. I am grateful for an honest response. While waiting I used the restroom which was very clean. The Groupon offer was a great deal and I would not have thought of Big O Tires for it without the offer. I am unsatisfied with Jiffy Lube and Valvoline's service. This process went very smoothly. Thank you.
