I’ve been a Big O customer for over 24 years and while I have other options I’ve always appreciated the professionalism and quality of service. This is my 8th set of tires on my Dodge since 2004.

My only issue is that the mileage indicator info was changed out to a clock instead! I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to change it since it is a new vehicle. Wish they would have left things just as they were when I left it!

I started bringing my car here a couple of years ago using a Groupon. I was so impressed with the service that I have continued to bring my car here ever since. I've never been disappointed. Great, professional, friendly staff! And they do what they say they're going to do.

They were very busy but got me in and out fairly quickly. They were very friendly and accommodating. I worked using their WiFi so didn't skip a beat with any downtime.

Service and timeliness was fine. But a few things missing. 1. I waited for the work to be done in the waiting room area and there was not even one magazine to read to pass the time. 2. I got new tires and oil change. When I checked out he said I get a free rotation every 5,000miles. I said that makes it easy I can get my oil changed at the same time. When I got in the car I looked at the sticker they place on the inside of the window to see what mileage they put for my next oil change and they did not put a new one, they left the old one from Orangevale Tire. 3. They never mentioned how my brakes looked. I expected them to be proactive and give me an estimate of how many miles I have left or at least say something about how they look. 4. They never mentioned if they checked the transmission fluid or anything else when they did the oil change 5. For many years I was a Big O fan when they were across the street from the old Folsom High School so I was excited to see that you are back in Folsom. I have switched my business back to Big O and will keep coming back assuming they will get better with w little more experience and training.

I like that I can easily schedule an appt online without calling in and waiting on hold. The store is conveniently located in a shopping center so I can walk to nearby stores during my service. All the employees were kind and made me feel welcome.

The new Riley location in Folsom does not have an early bird key drop off. This is a MAJOR drawback.

The first one that I went to where they did and oil change and tire rotation left my bolts out that connect my skid plate to the car and didnt tell me. I noticed a scrapping sound and went back to have them put the bolts back in but they didnt have the bolts to do it. I then went to another big o in Folsom that fixed it by putting a new skid plate and bolts on because the other one was damaged by scraping on the road. Jimmy did a great job fixing what Ron left hanging.

I took the appointment but when I reached there, they didn't find my appointment. First time they also charged of disposal fee.

I took my car in there for brakes, and freon in my car on May 2,2020. They told me that I needed a new compresser..they also charged me for a cabin filter, which was never changed. My brakes were sqeeling,the smell in the car STUNK. I called the manager of the store and he told me the brakes needed to be worn in, and it will go away. I took it back a week later and let them hear the sqeel that I heard. The guy that was working on it told me a rock was in the brake pads. I may have been born at night, but not LAST NIGHT!!!!! They did put on a new set of brakes. When I was in the store, they didn't acknowledge me right away, and the manager wouldn't look at me, and didn't say a word to me. I think this shop needs a GOOD CLEAN UP.!!!!! I will NEVER RETURN THERE. AND I'M TELLING MY FRIENDS , FAMILY AND BAR.

I was highly satisfied with their manager Ben and how he handled the situations. He was quick and easy to work with when things needed to get done, and he was very clear on the pricing of things.

Be warned. The employees at this location as liars and scammers. They won't do work properly and they will try to run your bill for un-necessary work. I would not recommend this location to any one.
