The team was very accommodating and kind, especially during covid-19 limitations of no use of waiting area. Provided sanitizer wipes & Rubber glove to not touch keypad. Will recommend to brother in law and co-workers!

They helped me diagnose a problem that was really bothering me fairly quickly and helped me solve the problem by giving me new tires and they could’ve lied and made me get an alignment as well but they seemed to be truthful

I have had the great experience of having take care of my auto needs at Big O for many years. As being a woman, not knowing much about car car he has made me feel safe, given me great service, always been true, honest. He has never tried to oversell. I always feel he has my best interest. What I need & what my budget needs. I would never go anywhere else. He is in Folsom, CA now

Really appreciate the good service at Big O Tires. I'm very capable of changing the oil myself, but they also rotate the tires and do a legit multi-point inspection which is what I need. This time they noted that my battery is no longer holding a charge very well, gave me some options and I decided to replace it on the spot as the price/quality was reasonable.

The gentleman that helped me at the front was extremely sweet and very nice and very helpful. I've been at other big O tires stores and never got the kindest like I did at the fulsome East Bidwell store. He was very helpful in my car the alignment is perfect. I've been buying tires from big O for over 40 years and finally I think I found a great store this is the second time I have been in there and everything is extremely perfect. I will have to take my car in for a balance I've noticed the balance was a little off but I won't be dreading this visit like I have in the past years. I'm always very pleased with the customer help at this East Bidwell fulsome store.
