Staff greeted me, set my appointment for a tire repair. Upon arrival the following day, greeted like an old friend. Repair was done at no charge. We have purchased tires from Big O because of the excellence service at this nearby address. This car is new to us, and still has the original tires from purchase. We will be back.

The Owner Jeff helped me out right away. A quick look at all the tires and he knew what was needed. Took an hour and Inwas on my way! Super service!

Had out of town guests, picked up a large washer headed nail in the right front tire. Had purchased tires at this Bid O store before (not this tire), since the store was only a mile away from the house decided to drop the car off for the repair. Staff was courteous and although the shop was about to take their lunch break they would get to it asap. Received a call about an hour later saying the car was ready. Car was waiting out in front when we got there, settled up at the front desk and we were on our way again. Thank you! Big O will get my business the next time we need tires.
