Was highly satisfied with Monica the service manager at 872 4th St Santa Rosa CA store. Monica took great care and making sure my vehicle was in great shape. She is highly knowledgeable about cars. I recommend people to go to there all the time. From now on if I need something done for my vehicle I will definitely be revisiting this location and having Monica help me. Thanks Audrey.

The process was easy and efficient beginning with the call to schedule the appointment all the way to the end when I picked up my car. Monica at the Santa Rosa, CA., location was outstanding. She told me exactly what the cost would be and how long it would take. She was spot on; no hidden fees and right on time. I was very impressed. Big O Tires also gives you a before and after measurement regarding your tire alignment.

Friendly, patient staff... My scheduled service was installing a suspension "kit" sold by partner company that turned out to be misrepresented as to which models it would fit. Both Big O Tire and myself had to spend extra time researching why the items were not fitting properly. Once it was determined the purchased items were not going to work, Big O installed what would fit, put the rest of the car back together, and only charged me a fraction of the time spent on the vehicle. They also offered to complete the installation of the correct parts once I have them. Through the entire frustrating process the staff was always friendly, understanding and interested in the end result. While the installation isn't yet complete, I'm confident it will get done.
