It had nothing to do with big o or the amazing employees. It was cause I have an Element Fleet vehicle and they are tough you guys which causes a basic service to take so long.

I feel comfortable going to Big O locations because they are clear and straightforward regarding pricing and services. I never feel like I'm being jerked around and asked to pay for unnecessary things.

Customer service was great. The wrong tires were ordered for my vehicle and the associate offered me a different set of tires at the same price as the original quote. That was a good way of resolving the situation. I was pleased with the new tires and the discount he offered me for having to come back a second day to get the tires installed.

I was getting an inspection for a job with Lyft. It was very efficiently done. The staff was very communicative with information about the mileage I had left on my tires and gave me a reasonable quote for new tires when I'm m ready. Thank you

Did a lot of online/phone comparison shopping for the tires I wanted. One 'big box' store that I've bought tires at for decades is now suddenly 'online order only' and then '2 weeks out for installation'...... I called your store, Chris was most helpful & professional (kudos to him!), I got what I wanted, tires were in late the next day, got them installed the next. Saved hundreds!!
