Big O Tires

I have been going to the Big O on 4th Street for 11 years. I trust them with my car and now my brother's handicap vehicle to keep us safe and on the road. Special thanks to Jason Tostado for his friendliness and assistance with our automative needs.

Had out of town guests, picked up a large washer headed nail in the right front tire. Had purchased tires at this Bid O store before (not this tire), since the store was only a mile away from the house decided to drop the car off for the repair. Staff was courteous and although the shop was about to take their lunch break they would get to it asap. Received a call about an hour later saying the car was ready. Car was waiting out in front when we got there, settled up at the front desk and we were on our way again. Thank you! Big O will get my business the next time we need tires.

I came in from ukiah on my way to UC Davis to see my ex husband who was found dead on the street and revived who is now on life support. I made my appointment in the middle of the night and the men and women at Store #5288 were wonderful. I had called because I was going to be a little late and when I explained why I was driving from so far for an oil change they made sure to take care of me. They were caring and empathetic while maintaining professionalism, and got me out of there as fast as possible while still doing a thorough job. I will be driving an hour + for an oil change from now on.

Thanks so much for great service, not pestering me with "up sells"�, and for cleaning the place up so nicely!! I'll always bring my car here for al my tire services. I have a regular mechanic to whom I go for other car services, and won't leave them. Otherwise I might consider coming here to 4th street Big O.

Mr. Tostado was very couteous, however he could have used more assistance at the counter. It was busy, first thing in the morning.

This location consistently offers friendly service with quick appointments, good inventory, and fair pricing. We have 3 generations of family that only come to Big O for tires, maintenance, and oil changes. I gladly recommend this location to anyone I know in Sonoma County.
