Big O Tires

Great service , friendly and I was in an out in 30 minutes . A lot less than expected . They were very accommodating and that to me is a huge reason why I will come back! Thank you 11/08/18

The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. They’ve repaired tires, and even aired up my tires when I couldn’t find a place with a working air pump.

We've been coming to Big O for the last 5 years. We really like the people who wait on us and we miss Monica, who we hear has gone to the Healdsburg Big O. Big O takes great care of our car.

I was a walk in. That day the store was very busy with, walk ins, people with appointments, and calls. The fellow working the front desk was friendly, and helpful. He kept me posted with the progress while I was waiting. There's been a couple of times that this store has fixed a tire for free (that wasn't purchased there) so I really wanted to give them my business. In addition, whoever put my spare back in the trunk also kind of straighten the mess that was in there. Thanks!

The staff, from the get go were really friendly and professional. I had previously checked at four other locations for my tires and they either didn’t have it or would get in in two weeks. Big O had them (special order) with in 24hrs, and they were also the most affordable quote, compared to the other places. Thank you Big O! I already referred 2 other people to you, and will be back soon for my bearings job!

Fast, easy oil changes every time. I started coming here because my GF has and her mother has for many years. I moved up here in 2015 and have been using yall since then. Looking at coming back for any other car needs.

They were able to take care of our vehicle especially for a Friday. We dropped off vehicle and it was ready about 2 hours. It was communicated to me that if we drop off, it would be ready before end of business hours that day. They took care of me on short notice.

This is my third time going to this big O tire store. all experiences have been great. I feel like I have finally found a honest place. I was not offered an alignment check or a credit application. Those all would have made my experience more negative and annoying had I been offered them. thanks giac
