Big O Tires

Great service , friendly and I was in an out in 30 minutes . A lot less than expected . They were very accommodating and that to me is a huge reason why I will come back! Thank you 11/08/18

Needed tires desperately as mine were completely worn out. Arrived late in afternoon and was still able to get same day service.

the young man that helped me was excellent.gave me what he promised,i was out of there in the time he stated,i wish i would have gotten his name i was going to send a thank you card,that is how pleased i was . thank you for having great employees they are hard to find. Friendly, patient staff... My scheduled service was installing a suspension "kit" sold by partner company that turned out to be misrepresented as to which models it would fit. Both Big O Tire and myself had to spend extra time researching why the items were not fitting properly. Once it was determined the purchased items were not going to work, Big O installed what would fit, put the rest of the car back together, and only charged me a fraction of the time spent on the vehicle. They also offered to complete the installation of the correct parts once I have them. Through the entire frustrating process the staff was always friendly, understanding and interested in the end result. While the installation isn't yet complete, I'm confident it will get done.

I was a walk in. That day the store was very busy with, walk ins, people with appointments, and calls. The fellow working the front desk was friendly, and helpful. He kept me posted with the progress while I was waiting. There's been a couple of times that this store has fixed a tire for free (that wasn't purchased there) so I really wanted to give them my business. In addition, whoever put my spare back in the trunk also kind of straighten the mess that was in there. Thanks!

This is my third time going to this big O tire store. all experiences have been great. I feel like I have finally found a honest place. I was not offered an alignment check or a credit application. Those all would have made my experience more negative and annoying had I been offered them. thanks giac

Staff greeted me, set my appointment for a tire repair. Upon arrival the following day, greeted like an old friend. Repair was done at no charge. We have purchased tires from Big O because of the excellence service at this nearby address. This car is new to us, and still has the original tires from purchase. We will be back.
