Very pleased with the service

We were just coming from buying a used camper and headed home when our tire went flat on the freeway. Your location was the closest to us so we made a beeline for it. There was only about 20 minutes until closing, but they were able to get us in, sell us 2 new tires, and get us back on the road quickly. We appreciated that so much!

Jason was excellent. The service was excellent. Very positive and always recommend big o on 4th st. I was unclear if one or five was excellent so I picked one.

I saw an advertisement that you had buy two tires get two tires free and I know we need tires so I checked them out or the tires the next day they were in and the price and the tires are superb. I would highly recommend the tires. they’re a lot quieter than the original tires that came on the car, and the price was excellent. I cannot be more satisfied.

I had an issue on a prior visit and was given a free oil change. I was doubtful it was going to be honored. I was impressed they confirmed with management and proceeded with oil change. I needed 2 new tires, they were competitively priced ando was out the door in under 2 hours. Thank you!

I came in late Friday afternoon to get a tire repaired, The service I received was a five star I asked if they could rotate the tires he said if they had time they would and they did , my next set a tires will be purchased at the Santa Rosa location on fourth Street thank you for getting back on the road so quick .

Chris and Harmony were very attentive and very helpful. At my first service, I could only afford 1 tire and told them I will come back sometime later for the 2nd one. True enough, when I came back, it was as if it was waiting for me. Thanks BigO especially to Chris and Harmony.
