Big O Tires

This was by far the best experience I've had having my car serviced. The staff in the front are really great! The technician that worked on my car made sure that he talked to me about a rattle in the muffler. Everyone there seems to actually enjoy their work, and it shows in the super customer service!

On a different day they let our 3yo use their toilet and we’re so kind. So we returned when we had a flat and they were still so nice. They patched the tire quick and the service was great!! Thank you, we will be returning!

This store is great and the people working there were top tier. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to over sell (push stuff that I did not need). Moreover, they did the job quickly and had my car ready when they promised it. This kind of service today is rare. You should thank the people working there because they are the company's best foot forward.

On my first call about scheduling the repair Monica was very clear and efficient to tell me what the cost and hrs of labor would be for the repair. When I arrived, the store was really busy and I had 2 people in front of me but when Monica came back to the front and there were tow people at the front everything on my check in went very fast. When I picked up my car, I asked to see the old parts which they did and they explained the wear on them and what my drive would feel like now after the repair. When I drove away I could not believe how tight he steering is now and the handling on the front end. It is so much smoother and less bounce around the road. I am very pleased. They also said my shocks ere fine and showed me the lack of bounce-another mechanic told me the shocks were worn out and leaking. They lied. I do not need to do that repair. Big O staff is honest and efficient and good mechanics. Thank you.

Was highly satisfied with Monica the service manager at 872 4th St Santa Rosa CA store. Monica took great care and making sure my vehicle was in great shape. She is highly knowledgeable about cars. I recommend people to go to there all the time. From now on if I need something done for my vehicle I will definitely be revisiting this location and having Monica help me. Thanks Audrey.
