Big O Tires

This was by far the best experience I've had having my car serviced. The staff in the front are really great! The technician that worked on my car made sure that he talked to me about a rattle in the muffler. Everyone there seems to actually enjoy their work, and it shows in the super customer service!

This store is great and the people working there were top tier. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to over sell (push stuff that I did not need). Moreover, they did the job quickly and had my car ready when they promised it. This kind of service today is rare. You should thank the people working there because they are the company's best foot forward.

Excellent customer care

Eric the mechanic was very knowledgeable and Chris in the front was very pleasant to talk to. They Both were very helpful and explained everything well. My husband and I will be coming for all of our cars future needs.

I wasn't able to make an appointment by calling my local BO. I had to sign up online. Is this something new? I prefer being able to talk to a local employee to make appointments.

Traveling out-of-state. Problem arose. I was quoted one price over the phone that made me gulp a bit. I took it in. It was really 1/2 the cost quoted. I signed the service order. Worker came back five minutes (or less) later. ALL DONE! "You know what? I'm only going to charge you...." What!!!! Very surprised, elated, and folks in the store put me at ease in a slightly nervous situation for me. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!

Scheduled a four tire purchase online after seeing prices of over $400 more at other tire shops and Costco. It was an easy decision and the price was very low. I asked for and got my first choice of day and time. Chris recommended a local restaurant for breakfast and it was a short walk in great weather. I enjoyed a small breakfast and returned after Chris had left me a voicemail saying the car was ready to pick up. There was no upcharge or hidden fees and the entire transaction was upfront, described in detail and performed well. I will definitely be back and I’ll recommend this store to friends and family
