Big O Tires

I didn't get the tires I originally wanted, the process took 3.5 hours when I was told it would take a little over 2 hours and caused me to be late for a business appointment and they damaged two of my wheels on a Tesla Model X which now have to be repainted. I will never go there again.

I picked up a screw in my tire and it was slowly leaking. Called Big O tire and they said ’Come on down!’ I did. They patched the tire and I was out and back on the road within an hour. Thanks guys! Been going to this store for years and will continue to for many more.

First of all sorry my English. But I'll try explain my problems. Firstly I saw oil change coupon on Groupon. And I bought. I called for appointment. Today I went to 8.30am. I came just for oil change. And I said them by the way my headlight doesn't work (passenger side) can you change that? They said yes. And they want to charge $70 for that. I'm okay. Just do it please. And they said your back tires is a problem you should change. Actually I thought tires change but when I don't know. I accepted we can replacement 4 tires. And I asked how much I'll pay total and I want to discount because I'm changing 4 tires and I came for just oil change but I'm paying for more things. He did discount. Everything is okay for me. And he said your car is ready. I paid total $669.64 and $49. I checked tires is okay. I checked headlight. Headlight is doesn't work. The same problem. I asked him. He said we change bulb. Your car is problem for electrical and we can't do that. You should go to the electric store. I said if my problem on the electric cable I don't need new bulb. You can take. Because you didn't fixed. I paid $70 for that. And I'll go to the electric store for fixing and I'll pay again. He said we did discount already. I surprised. Are you serious? Are you kidding me? Am I kid? You didn't fixed and you charged $70 why? I don't care refund. I don't want to refund I want to fix my headlight. But you're telling we cannot do that. That's why I want to refund. I'm very angry. And I want to $70 because I have to fix my headlight. Thank you for oil and tires but I cannot say thank you for headlight. I'm waiting your response.

I was very satisfied everybody was friendly it was done exactly in the timeframe the man told me and I will have them do other services on my car as well. My light on the dash was blinking saying that I had a flat tire in the man knew exactly what was wrong and he fixed it

I took my car in for new tires on Monday, June 24th. Around 3PM I received a call from Jason advising me that he "had good news and bad news." The good news is that the work was done and that I could pick up the car.. The bad news is that the car was involved in an accident on the property while being driven by a Big-O employee, I advised Jason that I would be right over. I arrived 20 minutes later and Jason had already left for the day and was unavailable to speak to me. Since then, Big-O has been evasive, uncooperative and they've refused to provide any information requested by the insurance provider involved. Because of the carelessness of the Big-O employee driving my car and the inability of Big-O to even act professionally and work with a claims adjuster, I am left with a damaged car. I will never again shop at Big-O again.

Felt they were honest. Called me the next day to say they had found a $70 rebate offer for me.

My car had a burning smell immediately after my service and within 2 days my engine caught on fire. I was in the vicinity of Big O so I was able to take it back to them. The fire was extinguished and my car towed to the Honda Dealer where a rag was found to have start the fire but you are aware of all this and have denied responsibility without even trying to conduct an investigation or teaching out to me personally. I'm currently angry and unhappy but not done with this situation!

I discovered a nail in my tire and was fortunate to make it to Big O before it went flat. I arrived a few minutes before closing, and my tire was repaired immediately. Since I had purchased it recently with warranty there was no cost. Very pleased!

I came here because I had called and specifically asked about all terrain tires for my subaru crosstrek. Jason seemed to know what was up with the K02's (unlike the dealership) so I brought my car in on Wednesday to see what we could get for my crosstrek. He knew I was there specifically looking for all terrain tires and was open to the idea of a lift kit and new rims if necessary. I know the controversy with this and the dangers to my transmission. He treated in me in a condescending way, wouldn't even give me a quote (he thought I was wasting his time and that I wouldn't even purchase it if given a quote), he said "unless you got big pockets..." (which I did and was willing to dip into if I had had a better salesman), and he also said (in a condescending manner), "If you want to look like you drive a 4x4 then get different car, get a truck or a 4x4." I should have left right then and there for his judgement of my car choice. Instead I purchased the cheapest tires you have and left. He tried to chum it up and make small about backpacking and I hated the entire experience. I will never go here again. I think he was avoiding having to do a lot of work and research into my complicated request. I think he knew very little about what I was asking for and that's why he talked me out of it. I was willing to spend thousands and instead spent 500. What a terrible salesman.

The associate that helped me kept me informed at all times.

I had an appointment on Saturday that I called and canceled. I ask if I would need an appointment for Monday and they said no. When I arrived on Monday they said they could squeeze me in and ask if I had an appointment I told them they told me I didn't need one. I stayed on site while I change my oil, 2 1/2 hours later nobody had said anything to me I got up and noticed that my truck is been done for at least a half an hour nobody told me not happy at all

Had a nail in tire called and they got me in same day on a weekend, no charge to fix or appt made. Surge(Sp?) he was very nice and helpful got me fixed up and good to go!!

Your guys got my seats dirty. The stains/smudges look like the typical dirty stains that would come from someone working on cars - dirt and oil mixed together. I hope these smudges will come out of the fabric seats, but since it's car oil/dirt, it could be permanent. I would like a manager to get back to me about this - 707-774-2075. Also, they were playing football in the parking lot. They could easily have hit customers' cars while throwing the ball back and forth.

Stay away from this place!!!! Total ripoff!!! My girlfriend took her car in for their advertised free tire rotation and balance and a paid oil change. They changed her oil and then refused to do The advertised rotation and balance!!! He refused to do the work because she didn't buy new tires. I checked the tires and they were not even worn close to the wear bars and still had .200 inches of tread remaining. When I questioned the guy he told me it was strictly at his discretion and refused to do the advertised free rotation and balance. This place has already replaced her brake rotors and struts by taking advantage of what was only a wheel balance problem. I wasn't with her at the time and they totally ripped her off because she didn't anything about cars. The guy saw me checking out her car an immediately got an attitude because he couldn't bullshit me. Stay away from this place!!!! Total sleazy rip off that takes advantage and doesn't honor his advertising.

Came in for a shredded tire. Other 3 tires were well worn, associate suggested 4 new tires. Great call and explanation of service.

Worst place. Rip off and beyond rude will never use them again and will dissuade anyone from using them.

They priced me better than any other shop. Even better than the other big o’s tire a town away. Employees were very friendly and quick with the service. They got me back on the road in no time!
