I've been a customer for over 40 years.

The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. They’ve repaired tires, and even aired up my tires when I couldn’t find a place with a working air pump.

My special problem was met with outstanding and expeditious customer service!

They are friendly for the customer, and communicate to the customer all the time if what need to be done of you car

We've been coming to Big O for the last 5 years. We really like the people who wait on us and we miss Monica, who we hear has gone to the Healdsburg Big O. Big O takes great care of our car.

I was very satisfied with THIS visit, but have had issues in the past ta this location.

Had a minor dispute which was generously and professionally cleared up by the manager-- much to my satisfaction.

The staff, from the get go were really friendly and professional. I had previously checked at four other locations for my tires and they either didn’t have it or would get in in two weeks. Big O had them (special order) with in 24hrs, and they were also the most affordable quote, compared to the other places. Thank you Big O! I already referred 2 other people to you, and will be back soon for my bearings job!

They were able to take care of our vehicle especially for a Friday. We dropped off vehicle and it was ready about 2 hours. It was communicated to me that if we drop off, it would be ready before end of business hours that day. They took care of me on short notice.

My visit at Big O was excellent. The only thing I want to comment on is the fact that no one said anything to me about my spare tire being REAL bald & able to switch it with one of my better tires that was replaced. It is not mentioned in the paper work I received when done. Everything else was checked under the hood, the brakes etc., but nothing mentioned about the spare. I called earlier today to see if my old tires were still around, but have not had my call returned. I'm happy with the service & tires, only the spare tire is an issue. Thank you!

I was informed of progress and all went well

A thorough check of my tires (because the low tire light was activated) revealed that all the tires were low, but were sound. I was given instructions to check them more frequently, and not even charged for the service. I was also informed of other than tire services that they have available. I will use these services in the future. I am impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service.

I've always taken my car to B O for service

I know when I go to Big O I will get premium service. This recent trip was another example of that.

Justine gave me the quote. I came back the next day and got new tires and a alignment. He explained everything and the overall experience was great.

Great costumer service, very nice ppl.

I was waited on immediately and got my new tire and had it installed right away.
