Great customer service. Sales person was very knowledgeable over the phone and communicated very clearly the price of the tires. One recommendation cleaning the inside of the sales floor. It had lots of spiderwebs.

Had a minor dispute which was generously and professionally cleared up by the manager-- much to my satisfaction.

We had a emergency situation with a flat tire and they fixed it right away.

My visit at Big O was excellent. The only thing I want to comment on is the fact that no one said anything to me about my spare tire being REAL bald & able to switch it with one of my better tires that was replaced. It is not mentioned in the paper work I received when done. Everything else was checked under the hood, the brakes etc., but nothing mentioned about the spare. I called earlier today to see if my old tires were still around, but have not had my call returned. I'm happy with the service & tires, only the spare tire is an issue. Thank you!

The front desk staff were knowledgeable and excellent communicators. The job was done in a timely fashion and they provided me with the details on the condition of my car.

A thorough check of my tires (because the low tire light was activated) revealed that all the tires were low, but were sound. I was given instructions to check them more frequently, and not even charged for the service. I was also informed of other than tire services that they have available. I will use these services in the future. I am impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service.

Val was a great help finding a new rim for my car. It was shipped in from another state. I appreciate all his help.
